Walls are going up in the Main Dining Room this week. This photo shows a wall which will soon accommodate two cozy booths.

Plumbing, gas, and electrical service is being upgraded along the cook line.

Work continues on transforming the Second floor into office space. Framing is almost complete.

Emmett's 15 Barrel Brewhouse is also undergoing a major overhaul. New copper glycol refrigerant lines, gaskets, pumps, valves and fittings are being replaced and reconditioned.
