Drywall goes up in the kitchen this week.

One last shot of the kitchen cook line before it gets buttoned up behind drywall. A majority of the mechanical systems in the kitchen were replaced during our renovation.

Work continues in the brewery this week as well. Brewmaster Ryan Clooney and Head Brewer Rob Hunter have been busy pulling old beer lines as they prepare to upgrade the draft dispensing system.
